1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, scheduling, or using the cleaning services provided by B3 Cleaning Services, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website. We are located at 2504 Clareside Dr, Valrico, FL 33596.
2. Services
B3 Cleaning Services provides residential and light commercial cleaning services in Valrico, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and recurring maintenance cleaning. The specific scope of each service will be agreed upon at the time of booking and may be subject to an on-site or virtual assessment.
3. Booking and Scheduling
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by B3 Cleaning Services.
- We will provide a quote based on the information you supply about your property and cleaning needs. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ from what was described.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the property to be cleaned, including size, condition, and any special instructions or access requirements.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.
- No-shows (failure to provide access at the scheduled time without prior notice) may be charged the full service amount.
- B3 Cleaning Services reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, illness, or emergencies. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date.
5. Access and Property
- You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes ensuring pets are secured and any hazardous conditions are disclosed in advance.
- If we are unable to gain access to the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
- We recommend securing or relocating valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings before the cleaning team arrives.
6. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing for our services is provided as a quote and may vary based on the size, condition, and specific requirements of the property.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
- Recurring service clients may be billed on a regular schedule as agreed upon at setup.
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Existing scheduled services will be honored at the agreed price unless changes are communicated in advance.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for your complete satisfaction with every clean. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed service. We will return to address the specific areas of concern at no additional charge. Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a complimentary re-clean.
8. Liability and Damages
- B3 Cleaning Services takes great care while working in your property. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it fairly.
- We are not responsible for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly installed, in a state of disrepair, or not disclosed prior to the cleaning.
- Our liability for any single incident is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.
- B3 Cleaning Services carries general liability insurance for your protection.
9. Supplies and Equipment
Unless otherwise agreed upon, B3 Cleaning Services will provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities (including allergies or eco-friendly requirements), please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
10. Conduct and Safety
- Our team members are trained professionals who adhere to a strict code of conduct. We expect a safe and respectful working environment in return.
- B3 Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions pose a health or safety risk to our staff, including but not limited to biohazardous materials, pest infestations, or hostile environments.
11. Website Use
The content on our website, including text, images, and design, is the property of B3 Cleaning Services, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written consent. Pricing estimates provided through our website are approximate and subject to confirmation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, B3 Cleaning Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services or website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
